Information is used solely to connect you with the law firm you contacted and to facilitate the legal intake process. We do not sell your information to third parties.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Client data is isolated per law firm and never shared across firm accounts.
Intake conversations are processed by an AI system to collect and organize case information. No intake data is used to train AI models.
By submitting an intake form you consent to receive SMS confirmation messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing devang@getcasefile.ai. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).
