CaseFile provides AI-powered legal intake software for personal injury law firms. CaseFile is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services.
CaseFile and its AI agent Lex do not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed through use of this platform. All legal decisions are made solely by the licensed attorney at the firm you contacted.
CaseFile may only be deployed on websites operated by or on behalf of licensed attorneys or law firms. Use of CaseFile to capture leads for referral to third-party attorneys with or without compensation is strictly prohibited.
CaseFile is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Client intake data belongs to the law firm account through which it was submitted. CaseFile does not aggregate or share data across firm accounts. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
CaseFile provides software tools to assist with legal intake. Attorneys are solely responsible for all legal and ethical obligations including client communications, case evaluation, and compliance with applicable bar rules. CaseFile's liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
